NAPA Auto Parts

As you walk down the aisles you can tell the supply shortage has hit them extremely hard as they were out of alot of items. And they are simple things like lightbulbs and fuses, those are not hard things to get delivered. I'm just thinking small things like that end up walking out the door.. But after seeing there inventory or lack there of I won't be going back. Back to the big chain Auto parts stores.

Very Dissapointed with my Experience with this location. I called early morning on Oct 19th 2022. Spoke to Mike asking if they had Transmission oil, specifically the Idemitsu Brand for a Nissan Altima 2019 2.5L 4 cylinder. He stated ,Yes! We have it stock. I drove a slight distance from the Glenn Helen area by the 215 /15 freeway interchange. I arrived and asked Mike for the Oil. He said, well let me see if we have it ???? I said to him, Mike you said over the phone you had it. Now your stating that you need to check If you have it . Now I was really Confused. He said , Oh! I have the Valvoline, I said NO, I asked you Specifically for the Idemitsu Brand. He Claims , he didn't hear me , when I Specifically repeated it 3 times , then comes along another Team member asking what I was I looking for, with a Slight Attitude. I told them , you made me drive all the way to your location to tell me you didn't have it , UNACCEPTABLE & Very Un Profesional!!!!! . I was VERY Dissapointed because Not only did I Drive a distance , but wasted Gas , which Is not cheap nowadays and my time . Wasted!!!! They both did NOT seam all the Sympathetic to my Needs , it was like they Had Absolutely No worries they just wasted my time. I will NEVER NEVER visit this location again.

Great products, but customer service is a bit less than what it used to be. Went in for a battery replacement and I asked if it was under warranty. I didn't have invoice under emergency situation and don't know if I even kept it from 3yrs ago. I asked if it could be at least pro-rated from the manufacturing date and they still said no. I remember having this exact same issue last time, and they in fact did pro-rate the battery for me last time.

0 🌟 for this ridiculous store. This store make me wait 19 days already for 1 sensor, at the time of the sale , they told me 2 days, then after 9 days I went back, they change the argument saying it not will arrive in 2 days, but it already on the way to the store. Now, this guy's saying shipment already came and the box was empty, was open in Rancho Cucamonga store and reported empty, now, they saying there is another sensor in the state of Maine , it will take 18 more days to arrive. This is ridiculous!!!! I told them not my fault, I am already waiting 19 days, so, send it overnight or express, guys saying it will cost me $84 more Even this is their fault, now they not trying to cooperate with the shipping. Never again will spend 1 penny in Napa stores. Fernando was the sale agent at the first time. Photo doesn't show invoice # for security reason. _____________________________ On September 13 I went back to the store, now they saying will cooperate with the shipping. But, I have to wait for the Manager to call me on Tuesday 9/14/21. first thing in the morning, I don't receive any phone call, I Decided to call her, I spoke with her, she said, I am working on it, I will call you back in 1 hour. I called around 9am. If they help me to resolve this issue, I will delete this negative comment and rate them with 5 starts. I just want to get for what i am paying for. After waiting 4 hours, I decided to call the GM . Around 1:15pm. I spoke with her after few minutes waiting on the phone. She said, the part am looking for not available in other stores, but, she still looking for it. So, it not in the state of Maine, very curious 🤔.

I was unable to find the product I was looking for on the shelves so I asked up front for help. After spending a few moments on the computer the boomer hippy employee told me the item was not in stock. I asked what would have happened if I used "Order Now, Pickup in 30 Minutes at 305 South E Street 92401" on the NAPA app. Miraculously, there was suddenly six units in stock. Boomers have exhausted their usefulness as employees and are now liabilities to employers.
